You might be in the 1% who did, but in my experience 99% of people lose the habits, practices and energy alignment that keeps them feeling great little bit by little bit.

It doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a slow degradation over weeks, months and even years where you give up on the things that give you energy and are important for you, your energy and your wellbeing and prioritise things that are drain your energy and drop you lower into the funky meh zone.

Your high vibe thoughts, positive focus, great daily habits and prioritised self care way of being slowly transforms into stressed, overworked, weighed down by the negative and too tired to make time for yourself.

Getting back to feeling GREAT happens one step at a time

Even if you could take time to have a week off in some luscious resort on a tropical island, you’d still come back into your life exactly as you left it. You’d feel rejuvenated and refreshed but if you don’t change the habits, the thoughts, the energy and the perspectives you had before you left, it’s only a matter of time before you’re back in the funk.

A bit about me

Hey beautiful soul! My name is Kyle Haskins and I will be your guide, healer and coach across the 4 weeks of the Recalibrate Retreat

I am a husband, father and a seeker - everything you will experience in these 4 weeks I have personally applied to my own life throughout my journey to shift myself out of funky low vibe states. I personally find consistent small actions that are easy to apply to be the path towards absolute freedom because they are easy to do and easy to find time for.

Ever since I was a kid I knew that I wanted to help people. I grew up in a very open family with my mom a reflexologist, Reiki master and massage therapist. I was allowed to think, explore and feel how i wanted and I was encouraged to find my own path rather than being expected to simply believe what my parents believed.

This open upbringing allowed me to seek out understanding, knowledge and different viewpoints on life and our human experience.

I have spent most of my life seeking to understand energy, love, the mind (beliefs, subconscious patterning etc.) and quantum physics such as the law of attraction.

I have studied various things in my search for knowledge and as part of my own healing journey, and I now use all I have learnt to help amazing souls like you discover who they really are by peeling back the layers of conditioning, beliefs, energetic imbalances from traumatic events and life experience and to step into their true magnificence by shedding these layers.

I am a certified Life Coach, Emotion and Body Code Practitioner, Quantum healer and Clairvoyant.

My greatest passion and mission is to help the world heal and become more beautiful by helping individuals find their true selves and experience more love, joy and peace in their lives.

This 4 week program is a collection of my favourite simple processes designed to put the power back in your hands and give you the ability to slowly and surely adjust your energy, your mindset and your habits back to a place where they give you energy, raise your vibration and assist you in being the best you can be!

Before I worked with Kyle, I was sceptical about this method of healing. I had tried alternative treatments before with not a lot of luck with long term differences and I wondered how this one could be different. I was only going to have one session however after the end of that session, it felt unfinished for me.

There were still things I wanted to unpack.
